Where we will stay:

Spearfish Canyon Lodge Endless opportunities for outdoor adventures, relaxation and the most breathtaking views you’ll find. Come and escape for a much-needed retreat, Spearfish Canyon Lodge is your headquarters for all the wonders this hidden gem has to offer.

Things you will see:

Roughlock Falls Trail-   Pioneers traveling down the canyon used to lower their wagons down the drop by roughlocking the wheels to prevent them from rolling freely it is a beautiful hike. 

Spearfish Water Fall-Spearfish Falls is a 47-foot waterfall in Spearfish Canyon, South Dakota. It's a popular destination in the Spearfish Canyon Nature Area.

Dances with Wolves- Be in the place that was one of the most famous of all location movies, Orion Pictures' “Dances With Wolves” was shot in South Dakota between June and November 1989. The movie, released in 1990, was nominated for twelve Academy Awards and took home Oscars for Best Cinematography, Director, Film Editing, Original Score, Sound, Original Screenplay and Picture.

PATHWAYS Spiritual Sanctuary-Where visitors can spend time walking, sitting, contemplating, reading, writing, reflecting or healing in the natural landscape of the sacred Black Hills of South Dakota.

These are some of the things that are not included:

• Your round trip airfare from home.
• Transfers~This location is about an hour 1/2 away from the airport. So renting a car is a good option.
• Touring the Southern Black Hills and other beautiful places in SouthDakota like, Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, Devils Tower in Wyoming, and the Badlands. (If you are interested in an itinerary before or after the retreat we would be happy to provide that.)
